Transitional Housing

Wilmington Dream Center: Transitional Housing (WDC:TH) is 6-9 month transitional living designed to support and encourage homeless women and families in achieving their dreams. Residents are empowered to gain sustainable permanent housing, increase their income and/or education, and progress toward their fullest potential.

First Fruit Ministries provides supportive services such as mental health care, case management, and job assistance to 12 homeless women and 2 families at a time. An average of 94% of Wilmington Dream Center residents increase their incomes and graduate to permanent housing every year. 5.11 House
5.11 House provides safe, stable housing and case management, housing navigation, peer support, recovery services, behavioral health services, primary medical care, and financial assistance to victims of sex and labor trafficking.
